Shal'idrathi is the second of two Elven capitals and they exist around the Crystal City, a large, blue crystal, much like the one found in Mathein. Most elves who live here are High Elves, Shadar-Kai or Drow. Drow that live within Shal'idrathi shun any mention of a spider god, and the mere mention of one around them will throw them into a rage. They prefer to live around the darker corners of Shal'idrathi, but they work hard to make sure they aren't seen as a dark force. Shadar-Kai are also seen as an extension of the Drow, and saying so will be a grave insult to both races. The three races of Elves work together to keep Shal'idrathi safe.
