High Elf

High Elves are mostly found in the the nation of Milsgarde. Most scholars believe that High Elves come from the Feywild, where they changed from the Az'gani. Other, less reputable scholars state that High Elves are a subrace of elves known as the Elnivian and Humans. However, those scholars have been ridiculed, even with the Az'gani confirming their theories.
